Following the release of their brushless conversion Losi have released the 8ight-E 4WD Buggy Race Roller, a competition buggy chassis that has been hand assembled and is nearly ready to hit the track right out of the box.

The final round of the Irish National On road Nitro Championships took place yesterday at the St. Annes track in Dublin with the main attention being on the 1:10 200mm class with the title still up for grabs.

“Tony’s HB-D8 had arrived the previous week quickly followed by the Orion power plant he will be using for the rest of the season. The car was built in house at HB by Adam Skelding and the engine run in before some shake-down testing at the excellent Coventry track the Friday preceding the national.

As you may know the 200mm nitro worlds are taking place this week (and next) on Portugal. Mark Gilliland and his pit man Andy Smith flew out on Wednesday.

I will try and keep you updated on how they get on.
